Welcome to The Blushing Club.

By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms. We invite you to review them carefully.

1. Our Offerings

The Blushing Club is a creative design and floral studio offering curated floral arrangements, lifestyle goods, custom design services, and future apparel collections. All offerings are subject to availability.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. Payment is required due on receipt of invoice. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

In the rare event of pricing or availability errors, we may issue a refund and cancel the order.

3. Floral Products

Flowers are seasonal and natural. Substitutions may occur when necessary while preserving the overall aesthetic and value of the arrangement.

Due to their perishable nature, floral sales are final.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, supply, or carrier delays. Responsibility transfers upon confirmed delivery.

5. Returns

Non-perishable goods may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition. Shipping fees, travel costs, floral payments and any fee associated with rentals are non-refundable unless an error occurred on our part.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, branding, imagery, and written content are the property of The Blushing Club LLC and may not be reproduced without written consent.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

Flowers are living, natural products. Their beauty evolves over time.

Care Instructions

To extend the life of your arrangement:

  • Trim stems at a 45-degree angle upon receipt.

  • Place in fresh, cool water.

  • Change water every 1–2 days.

  • Keep away from direct sunlight and heat.

  • Remove wilting stems promptly.

Flower longevity varies by variety and environment.

Substitution Policy

Seasonal availability may require substitutions. Any substitutions will maintain the overall aesthetic, color palette, and value of the original design.

Natural Variations

Each arrangement is handcrafted. Variations in size, bloom stage, and color tone are natural and expected.

Allergy Notice

Certain flowers and foliage may cause allergic reactions. Customers assume responsibility for identifying sensitivities prior to purchase.

Claims Policy

If there is an issue with your floral order:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photo documentation.

  • We may offer replacement or credit at our discretion.

Due to their perishable nature, floral sales are final.
